Welcome to Pradrix. By accessing our website or engaging our software engineering services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Engagement
All custom software development, AI automation pipelines, and technical consulting engagements are governed by formal, fixed-scope Statements of Work (SOWs) executed directly between Pradrix and the client.
2. Intellectual Property (100% IP Ownership)
Upon full payment for completed project milestones, all custom code, application architecture, database schemas, and intellectual property built specifically for the client belong 100% exclusively to the client.
3. Warranties & SLA Coverage
Pradrix provides dedicated post-launch warranty and SLA coverage as specified in individual client project contracts to ensure ongoing uptime, bug fixes, and continuous optimization.
4. Governing Law
